Merchandise is sent directly from our partner, Printful, and the processing and shipping times vary depending on the specific merchandise product. Shipping Methods:

All non-merchandise orders are shipped via Royal Mail with next-day delivery. For merchandise, please refer to the specific shipping details provided for each product.

 

Delivery Times:

For non-merchandise orders, you can expect your package to arrive the next business day after processing. For merchandise, delivery times will vary based on the product and will be specified in the product details.

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.

 

International Shipping:

We currently only ship within the UK. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact us directly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Inventor's Playground, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please read our policy carefully.

Returns:

You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the same process as for returns. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and send the new item.

Return Postage:
